This notice describes how FirstCirql collects and uses information when you join the early-access list or browse this marketing site. It applies before a full product account exists, and it will be updated as the platform develops.

What we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect your email address, first name (if provided), the role you're interested in (Member, Connector, both or curious), the date and time you submitted, and any referral code that brought you to the site.

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data through the early-access form.

How we use it

• To confirm your spot on the early-access list.
• To send occasional updates about FirstCirql's progress.
• To understand interest in member and connector roles.
• To attribute referrals and estimate waitlist position.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery and analytics, and we share only what is necessary for them to perform those services.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from update emails at any time using the link in the email. If you would like your early-access entry removed, contact us at the email below and we will delete it.

Security

We use standard service-provider security features and access controls. Because the product is still in early development, we describe our approach in general terms and will add more specifics as the platform matures.
